• StratLAN Seatpicker data - we use this to fairly assign teams
• Discord user data and game activity (only over the course of an event) - we use this to identify you, integrate with the StratLAN Discord, and automatically assign points for community games

Retaining Your Data

We retain your data while you remain an active attendee in order to faciliate better future events. We consider you an active attendee as long as you have attended an event within the last 1 year, otherwise we will remove your data.

• Session - We use this cookie to remember you and maintain your session whilst you are using our website
